My first Sugar Hit and I couldn't resist Glass Brasserie's offering of chocolate assiette: white chocolate and pandan parfait, chocolate fondant, raspberry marshmallow bitter chocolate fondue, Earl Grey tea ice cream rolled in cookies and cream biscuitService was a bit haphazard, but that is to be expected as it is probably one of the more popular and busy nights for the Sugar Hits and the restaurant was packed out.

I actually ate the marshmallow first and only realised afterwards that you are actually meant to dip it in. D'oh! So that's what the stick is for! Haha, it was late after a long day at work, alriiight?
