Chef's Gallery - Regent Place, Sydney

After a quick browse of the internet, I discovered that the empty spot on the ground floor of Regent Place had been recently filled with a new restaurant called Chef's Gallery - mainly selling handmade noodles and dumplings.

Menu - with a little introduction, they didn't have a picture menu though! The restaurant was quite full even quite early on (around 6pm) and only became busier as the night went on, a line forming at times.

One of the many workers, this one was in charge of steaming the dumplings and buns, they had a open kitchen with a glass window so you can look in and see them making them handmade noodles etc, very cool!

Crispy snow skin chicken - one of their 'chef's favourite' dishes

Handmade noodles with minced pork and soya sauce

This was my favourite - shallot cake with diced ham, the pastry was so flaky and delicious. I could have polished off another serving, it was that good!

Cute black sesame piggy buns for dessert, so cute I didn't want to eat them!
