Potato Head Beach Club. Delicious cocktails and day beds in the sunshine, what better way to kick off a tropical paradise holiday then paying a visit to Potato Head.
Potato head has a nice casual vibe, with a whole strip of day beds near the beach - we came for lunch and a couple of cocktails, but most people were there to have a dip in the pool and sun themselves

Pretty flowers on our table

Cocktail time! The cocktails in Bali are fantastic, cheap and there is endless variety
This is the Bells & Whistles - crushed, zesty miniature mandarins and lively citrus and mandarin vodka, churned with rich palm sugar plus explosive passionfruit and lemon juices and a gorgeous orange liquer
Was a zesty and refreshing cocktail, perfect for the hot and balmy Bali weather
Pork Tenderloin - Roasted U8 Pork Tenderloin served with honey peppered and red wine vinegar sauce, apple wedges, mashed potato and mesclun salad
Pork and apple are a match made in heaven, and I really enjoyed the almost crispy wedges of apple, paired with the juicy tenderloin.
Chicken Cordon Bleu - pan fried breaded chicken breast filled with Emmental cheese, sauteed mushrooms, confit leeks and serrano ham, served with grain mustard greens, sauce and french fries
Loved the presentation of this cocktail!
Pistachio martini - A heavenly blend of fresh rock melon and vodka shaken with melon liquer then finished with a nitrogen charged pistachio foam with a side of pistachios and homemade pistachio sorbet
Papaya nectar - A totally tropical blend of sweet, succulent papaya balance with bursting lime and apple juices, enriched with luscious coconut cream
A great place with fancy pub style food and a lovely way to relax the day away with a cocktail or 2 (or 5!)
