I had dish envy when this came out. Tender, fall-apart beef with the ultimate comfort food - mashed potato.
Black cod, squid and saffron risotto
The cod was perfectly cooked, though I thought the saffron risotto missed the mark, without much of a saffron flavour, and did not pair well with the fish.
Basically a deconstructed version of the chocolate bar namesake. A delicious and very decadent dessert.
Ananas four ways with coconut mousse
Absolutely loved this dessert, with such lovely tropical flavours. Will definitely be back another time to try out more of the dishes.
