Let's do Dessert - Good Food Month - Ananas, Sydney

One Good Food Month I always end up attending is Let's Do Dessert, or previously known as Sugar Hit. This year is no exception, besides the fact that October is almost over (it's flown by crazy fast!) I do end up getting to the tempting Ananas offering. 

What I loved most is that Ananas had a full dessert menu to select from, along with the Let's do dessert option.

Let's do dessert - Les Desserts 4 Play

Including an exploding black forest (in a cherry form), banoffi pie eclair, mango passion and coconut entrement, and a triple chocolate fantasy tart. This plate was perfect for those who like to taste a bit of everything !

Not sure if the banoffi pie eclair description on the menu was correct, as we thought the eclair was some kind of violet/earl grey combination.

Ananas 4 ways with coconut mousse

Yve's Apple

A refreshing combination of granny smith apple sorbet, champagne foam and coconut pannacotta. So light and fruity, this was the favourite dessert of the night.

chocolatesuze - I like dessert tasting plates as they have a bit of everything! the exploding black forest was chocolate with a liquor centre in the shape of a cherry :)
